Lanier PPDM – Personal Paperless Document Management

Lanier’s PPDM is an application that integrates the MFD directly with individuals users and their desktops, providing a powerful scanning framework while enhancing & simplifying the scanning experience of the user.

Lanier PPDM is a system that allows users at the MFD to choose their own set of scanning workflows and select the one required. The system will then evoke a series of tools that will convert the paper documents to the required format and then facilitate a workflow.

At the desktop, the user also has the ability to merge and combine multiple documents in various formats for print or the creation of a single PDF.
