As a major supplier of image communication systems in Australia and throughout the world, customer satisfaction is Ricoh's highest priority. As such, all comments are welcome as they assist our company to continually enhance the quality of our products and services.
Ricoh Australia's documented customer satisfaction system is compliant with ISO 10002, the international standard for complaints management and also takes into consideration the relevant statutory and regulatory requirements, together with input from our customers, our staff and any other interested parties. Ricoh also carries out periodic customer satisfaction surveys to enable us to continually monitor and improve the level of our customer satisfaction.
All Ricoh staff are aware of this policy and of the procedures for processing customer comments and are required to respond to and resolve all enquiries in a prompt and fair manner.
