We encourage applications by candidates online. Once you have applied online, your application will be given consideration by our Human Resources team.

At Ricoh we receive a high volume of applications, by applying online you are giving your application the best possible chance for prompt consideration. Please be patient during this process and be assured your application is being considered.

How to apply online

Applying online is the best way to take advantage of opportunities that are advertised within Ricoh. If you've seen a position you would like to apply for, please take a few minutes to submit your application. You can apply for a specific vacancy, or if you don’t find a suitable role immediately you can submit a candidate profile and receive job alerts for future opportunities in your area of interest.

When you have successfully submitted your application, you will receive a confirmation email. This lets you know that we have received your application. As we often receive a large number of applications, you may not hear from us again for several days. Don't worry, your application is in our system and we will contact you.

The interview process

If we see a great match with our vacancy you’ll be asked to come into our offices to meet with one of our HR Officers as well as the hiring manager. If you impress us in the first interview, you may be required to undertake position-related testing and attend a second interview.

Pre-employment checks

If you reach the final shortlist, we will commence background checks. These can include verification of education, Australian work rights and your previous employment (reference checks). For some roles, a National Police Check and RTA Licence check is required. If there is any other requirement for the role you’re applying for, you’ll be informed and kept up to date along the way.
