Kwik Kopy Canning Vale provides the Perth suburb’s local market with an extensive selection of design and printing solutions. When Fitz Cass purchased the business in 2007, he was the first to admit he knew nothing about printing. Since then he has taken the company to the point where it is one of the most profitable and progressive Kwik Kopy franchise operations in Western Australia.

Challenge: Make it all easier

Recognising the need to meet growing demand while also replacing an aging third party printer, Kwik Kopy Canning Vale sought a digital print solution. As well as offering the flexibility to apply a digital workflow to jobs that were previously offset, Kwik Kopy wanted a solutiont that would enable the business offer customers a positive and easy experience.



 The Ricoh Pro C751EX digital production device, with a  rated speed of up to 75 A4 colour pages per minute,  produces high quality output and offers a host of inline  finishing options.

Solution: A Ricoh colour production environment

After undertaking a due diligence process with three vendors, Fitz chose a Ricoh Pro C751EX colour production printer. Within days of the device being installed there was a major shift in Kwik Kopy Canning Vale’s customer dealings. Jobs that previously used up a half day’s resources now only take an hour due to the easy-to-use versatility of the 75 page-per-minute-printer’s inline finishing, integrated workflow and media capabilities. With the ability to take on all manner of print jobs, the company has seen a significant increase in return business, particularly with larger clients.
